They’re starting points. After a discovery call we send a written proposal with the exact scope and price, so you can decide with full information and no pressure.
Do software subscriptions cost extra?
Our fees cover our work. Any third-party AI or SaaS subscriptions are billed by those vendors directly to you, under your own accounts. For Managed SaaS Operations clients, we help track and summarize that spend each month.
Can we combine packages?
Yes. Many clients start with an assessment, move into an implementation package, then continue with Managed SaaS Operations. We’ll recommend the right sequence for your situation.
How does billing work?
Project work is typically invoiced in milestones; monthly plans are billed at the start of each cycle. Details, including any refund terms, are covered in our Service Agreement.
