Service Agreement & Refund Policy

This page explains how engagements, billing, cancellations, and refunds work at Interlink AI LLC (“Interlink AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It supplements our Terms of Service. The specific terms of your engagement are set out in your written proposal or statement of work, which will control if anything conflicts with this page.
1. AI Readiness Assessments
Assessments are fixed-fee engagements.
- If you cancel before we begin work, you receive a full refund of any amount paid.
- Once the assessment is delivered (including the workflow review and roadmap), the fee is non-refundable, as the work has been completed.
- If we cancel before delivery for any reason, you receive a full refund.
2. Implementation packages
Implementation engagements are typically billed in milestones, sometimes with an initial deposit to reserve scheduling.
- Deposits hold your start date and are credited toward your first milestone.
- If you cancel mid-engagement, you are billed for work completed and any non-recoverable costs up to the cancellation date; amounts prepaid for work not yet performed are refunded.
- Completed and delivered milestones are non-refundable.
- If we are unable to deliver an agreed milestone, we will either complete it or refund the amount paid for that milestone.
3. Managed monthly plans
Managed SaaS Operations and similar monthly plans are month-to-month unless otherwise agreed.
- Plans are billed at the start of each monthly cycle.
- You may cancel at any time with notice before your next billing date; service continues through the end of the current paid cycle.
- Monthly fees for a cycle already started are generally non-refundable, but you keep access and support through the end of that cycle.
- There are no long-term lock-ins; you are free to leave at the end of any cycle.
4. Third-party subscriptions
Our fees cover our services only. Any third-party AI or SaaS subscriptions are billed directly by those vendors to the client, under the client’s own accounts, and are subject to those vendors’ own refund policies. We cannot refund charges made by third-party providers, though for Managed SaaS Operations clients we can help review such charges and request changes where appropriate.
5. How to request a refund
To request a refund or cancel a plan, email us at hello@interlinkaistudio.com with your company name and a brief description of your request. We aim to acknowledge requests within 1 business day and to process approved refunds promptly to the original payment method.
6. Disputes
If you are unhappy with any part of an engagement, please contact us first — most issues can be resolved quickly and fairly. We ask that you raise concerns with us before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, so we have the opportunity to make it right.
